Hi,
Customer complained that the door was opening without any control to it and banged down. Then it would not lock but pop open.
On calling, found the springs had failed and likelyhood of hinges had become splayed enough to not allow the door to shut squarely.
Fitted new spring mod and hinges then tested machine after reinstalling which operated fine at that point. Customer has since rang back to say the door won’t stay shut.
Never had reason to deal with the type of locking mechanism on these machines. Can they be adjusted in some way? Can’t think of another reason why it would not remain shut especially after new springs/hinges being fitted.

You don’t think they have pushed the machine in slightly since you left & the door is now catching l?
Or something silly like they have clipped that freshener back on the basket??
