    Hi,

This appliance fills ok, goes to heat phase, then on the 65C wash it heated to 60C (I measured it) and it died – nothing!. No selector light on. Customer says this happens on every wash and at other temperatures.

There is power to the control board, live on each dispenser contact, some wires live at the terminal block on right side adjacent to heater. If I lift the float switch it will pump out.

I have removed the control board but nothing visually is obviously wrong.

But nothing is ordinarily happening. Then if left for a period of time it will come back to life. 😕

Can anyone throw any light on this please

    Thanks

    Laurence

    Hi Laurence,
Full ENR please so I can get my teeth into it for you 😀
Sounds to me like a toc or module problem IMO.

    Regards

    Greg

    Hi Laurence
Have a look at the mains supressor, moulded plugtop for signs of damage and mains socket for poor connection ie wiring connections.
