HI all, just a quick one, (i hope) bosch SGS43E02GB-45, dial goes round, but when i reaches prog 1/End, it carries on and starts programme again, any tips please??

confused customer then, had 2 phone massages from her, she says she bought it 2nd hand & when on a wash at the end it goes on to start from number 1 again, have to try to see her this week,
