You’ve replaced both the heater AND the PCB?……..wow that is one costly job for sure. 😯
Yet it completes the cycle?…….very odd. 😕
Non of this makes any sense I must say so perhaps I should instead ask if it washes and drains as normal AND if the diverter valve is working OK? Also did you configure the PCB as per the instructions? Finally, can you give me the FULL Enr number of the machine. 😉

yes configured pcb ok , only £60+ from qualtex , heater matrix was a stock item
i requierd lol , fitted it to see if made any difference.yes completes the cycle i no very odd, no fault code either
filling and emptying ok , diverter working fine can here the difference in the wash
just no heat , carnt get a live to any part of the heater matrix so i think faulty pcb.enr 10306160231184320156

Never mind on the Enr number (that’s not it by the way) it is either SG43C02GB/35 or SGS43C02GB/43. They have different PCB’s, hence my asking the question. 😐
You should at least get a live feed to the heater and the PCB supplies the neutral return, so that is very odd. Also the PCB would not complete the cycle with no heat as it relies on the NTC in order to progress the heat phase and the rinse aid dispenser heater solenoid/heater coil thingy…..very odd indeed. So yes the PCB cannot be ruled out which brings me back to the Enr no and the part no of the PCB fitted?
I wonder what the original fault was too? 😕
