Model number is always a big help. 😉

If you go to the top of the home page and look under Help & Advice you will find fault codes, sadly E19 is listed as ‘not used’

Not helpful this I have already done that’s why I am asking and as I have not seen the machine I do not know the model number if I did I would have put it.Can any one help

On the contrary it is very helpful, if you bother to click on the link in my second post you will see info from NomadPaul, a Bosch engineer.

Had one of these and mine was a fault on the dump valve on heat exchanger.
part No of valve i used 631199
