ParticipantIm getting the water tap symbol error and have tried to clean filters (at water pump insider dishwasher, wall water tap and acquastop), checked the hose, etc. I actually observed that water matrix fills up pretty slowly. The manual says that there should be at least 9 liters water per minute from wall water tap, which I measured and it is more than that. However, the water flow from the hose with the aquastop is only about 2 liter per minute (measured at hose outlet before water matrix). The aquastop also gives like 50Hz-type whirring sound. Does this mean that acquastop is problematic or does acquastop suppose to slow the water flow into the dishwasher?

Moderatorcheck the item here is clean and not full of gunge
if yes switch dishwasher on, start programme, open door and add 2 pans of water, then close door and see what happens, you could add a bit more but do it in stages. the idea is to see if unit functions once enough water has entered

ParticipantThanks Dave, I have also cleaned that part as well as the water matrix tank – the passages are clean and water flows well through it. When I turn on the machine, after the drainage is finished, water filling starts and I observed that the water matrix fills slowely (in comparison on what I saw on youtube as a normal filling up) which led me to the idea to check the inlet hose (with aquastop attached). So what I observed is that there is over 10liter/min of water into hose with aquastop but less than 2liters/min from the hose, so I started to wander if aquastop is the problem coz the hose itself has no gunde observed. Any thoughts?

before you jump in did you check the water filter in the end of the hose by the tap ?

ParticipantTahnks for the reminder, I did check the tap filter and cleaned it.
Considering the dishwasher’s age, non gen alternative soungs great, thank you very much.
