atomicking wrote:I already got that one on ebay, it is being shipped to me. I looked on you tube but can not find any instructions specifically to that model, there are a few others, some seem easy to follow some more complicated so don’t know what to do when the part is here. Thanks and regards

from what i can see you have ordered the wrong pump

as Matrix said above it may fit but may not work

it looks like the part no you need is 651956 but cant be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain unless you post the complete Enr number

Hello, thank you all again. I wrote a seller and they said that part number 651956 is what I need and when I put it in ebay that part came up. I just went on the part listing page and it really does seem my model is not in the list. This makes no sense to me. I have attached the model number and message, thanks

the pic is too small for me to see the model

if you go down the ebay listing the part no is given as 12014980 not 651956

if you post a bigger pic or print complete Enr I will check

    Correct part number is 12014980:

    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/12014980-dishwasher-heat-pump.

On these machines I ALWAYS fit genuine heatpumps, there are cheaper copy versions that often say they fit when they don’t.

well thats an odd one. not listed on the bosch spares site

you would need to ring Bosch to confirm the correct part no

the highest model listed is /34 and yours is /51 and /34 uses 651956

Thanks Dave, appreciate your effort. Is it likely that if it fits the same model ending in 34, that it will fit? As mentioned another ebay seller said it would fit that is why I purchased it. Do you know where to get a step by step instructions of how to change this part?

Thanks Dave, the heat pump I ordered is model NR. 651956. You are saying this is correct for dishwasher model ending in “51”, or are you saying I need the heat pump NR. 12014980?

“PS based on model SMS40T32UK/01 version since you didn`t supply the full model number so notice the /01 bit”.
At last! So you have model SMS40T32UK/51. The heat pump part number is 12014980 and not 00651956. So it looks as though there is a heatpump change, as I thought there could be which is why I pointed that out to you, which is, and finally, you gave us the whole model number. If you ordered 12014980 heatpump you should get the right one.
You now say you ordered 00651956 but before that you stated 120154980 was ordered……………..I give up, I really do; there is no hope for mankind.

Hi, no I never said I ordered 12014980. I ordered 00651956. I am going to return the latter and get the one you all recommended now that I know. Thank you

Thank to you all! So the last question regarding this. I am seeing all kinds of instructions and videos on youtube in how to change this heat pump, but none is for my specific model. Does anyone know if this exists, or should I just use a general one?
