Bosch dishwasher Check Water Light

Please help!

I have been given a Bosch Avantixx dishwasher (model SGS45a02gb/36) that has been stored in a garage for about a year, but was working fine before that.

When I fist installed it and tried to run a cycle, the machine failed to fill and the check water light came on. I have tried to rock the machine back and forth to 45 degrees, and after this, the machine fills and starts a cycle, but then stops after about 2-3 minutes and the check water light comes back on.

I have romoved the impeller jug as advised and checked that this spins and is not blocked, but the machine is just the same. Can anyone help, as i do not have the funds to pay someone a call out to look at it?

Replace the Impellor jug.

hi,

i have replaced the impeller jug on this dishwasher, and it ran nicely for about 15-20 mins and thn when it drained, the “check water” light came back on and now it will not run again…

Did you ‘reset’ the programme before starting a new wash cycle?

yes, i reset the cycle and eve tried powering down and unplugging for 5 mins, but the check water light comes on as soon as i try and start a new cycle…

OK time to check out the water inlet valve and the main circuit board.

how do i check the circuit board, the inlet valve appears to work ok i thnk

Check for damaged tracks or components on the PCB.
