Bosch Dishwasher dead!

I have Bosch Logixx Vario Drawer full size dishwasher, model SMS69L02UK.

It has touch controls on the inside of the top of the door as opposed to physical buttons.

Last night the dishwasher died! We were going to turn it on but there are no lights! The power socket is OK as we have a washing machine plugged into the same socket. Have tried turning it off at the wall for a few minutes, but that didn’t help.

Should I leave it unplugged for longer? Any other ideas?

Check the kettle type plug into the back of the machine.

I don’t think it has one of those.

As it happens it came back to life last night. Presumably a sensor dried up.

Martin is right

on later dishwashers the mains lead is separate and plugs into the back of the machine

check this plug is all the way in also check the mains plug

if you just leave it and it starts to arc it may blow the main board
