    Hi All,
I’m new to the forum , and hoping I can get some help.
I have a integrated Bosch dishwasher, Ser No:SH4313GB/13.

It has a fault, which prevents it filling with water, at the start of its cycle. The dishwasher emmits a humming noise on start up, I cannot hear any water filling. This occurs on all programs.

    I have checked the following:
-Water pressure ok to the Aquastop
-Have disconnected(mechanically) the Aquastop at the valve, switched off diswasher and reconnected.
-Have reset dishwasher by pressing 2 buttons on panel.

The aquastop is sealed and I cant get into it to fault find, could it be this? or could be a fault with the dishwasher itself?
Being an integrated unit. I want to make sure before I take half the kitchen apart. 😉

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

The baseplate likely as not is flooded and needs draining. Then careful investigations as to where the leak is coming from. 😉

If you need a hand to check it out thec click on the link below for a local engineer. 🙂

    Martin,
Thanks for the speedy reply, no engineers in my area (west Sussex). Can you give me an idea of how to drain the baseplate?

ie:does the dishwasher need removing or can I do this insitu?

    Thanks 8)
