My customer has a bosch dishwasher showing fault code E 14 this comes up on the fault codes as a reed switch flow sensor.
can any one tell me where this is and a ruff price and who would have one. Many thanks Les

Hi Littleman, you have not posted model or ENR number which would have helped.
Flow meter if installed on this dishwasher is located behind left hand side panel looking from front of machine. Once you have the side panel off look at bottom left hand corner below the metering, the flow meter(Impellor Jug) should be in hose between incoming water supply and metering tank. It could also be in the form of a reed switch built into metering tank. Not too expensive for either. The links below are for illustration only.

My guess is this is the latest style dw . So the fault will probably be the ‘contact’ which is a small pcb on the LHS heat exchanger. There is also a possibility that the fault could be caused by low water pressure or even the flow rate wheel sticking but 9 times out of 10 , it’s the contact pcb.
