Hi i am having trouble with a Bosch SPV40C00GB/21 that keeps having the heater part of the heat pump fail. I first replaced it about 7 months ago and then again under guarantee 1 month ago. Everything else seems to be working ok and there is no water in the base. Someone help me please before i am bankrupted by the call backs.
    Thanks 🙂

these heaters are a pile of junk. the old heaters seldom failed but these ones seem to be printed on a steel tube a far cry from the standard solid element

From posts I have read from Martin and others there are a number of things that can blow them

1 Water flow anything that lowers the flow rate can blow them blocked filters, blocked wash bars and water diverter valve

2 pcb relay sticking turning heater on with low water
