Bosch dishwasher heating but not getting hot enough SGI5305GB/13

Older range not with heat pump.

This dishwasher will wash for hours and hours and although it definitely does get hot, it’s not hot enough to steam.

I’m thinking this could be the thermostat that sits on top of the element heater box thats faulty?.

I’ve cleared the pressure system and transfer tube and there is enough water coming into the tank.

Anyone seen this before on this range?
