    Re: bosch dishwasher no water

Possible inlet valve failure, more likely a problem with the water level control system. This is particularly prone to sludging up, especially the corrugated transfer hose in the front left hand corner of the machine, under the tub.

Power off if you plan to investigate this yourself.

I Have a similar pproblem, i.e. no water enters the machine but possibly a different reason.

The pump seems to operate continuosly and the programme does not seem to advance. Is this likely to be the programmer or the water level monitoring mech.

I have removed the top and side panel and cleaned out the plastic multitube with the little valve in that seems to control the water flow and this makes no difference.

If I operate the wate inlet microswitch manually then the machine will fill but as soon as I release the switch the pump just empties the machine again and continues to run.

    All help is gratefully received
