Can I go back to your earlier statement as I think this could be relevant. You had set it to C3 yet when you called back to check it had changed to C6. Sadly I don’t have the config instructions for this module but are you certain you have set it correctly? And has it somehow changed again after your customer continues to fiddle with it?

Hi thanks for your reply , it seems to have stayed on c3 now and after reading the instruction over and over I’m confident its on the correct program for this model

I have read a few post on just answer website and one of them suggests that it may be a lack of water on the rinse but I don’t really understand why opening the door and closing it would restart the rinse dry cycle and why there would be enough water the second time round ?
