bosch dishwasher not filling…..SGS43A12GB/27

i used a finish cleaner in my machine on sunday now it will not fill with water.it switches on but just continues to make a clicking sound please help with any suggestions.we have checked that the waste is not blocked with any limescale etc

its a bosch exxcel and the number inside door reads sgs43a12

your bottom hose pipe which runs from the filling tank to the sump is blocked and also possibly base of dishwasher has water in it.

i am so very grateful for your advise……………however ha ha please where will i find the bottom hose and how do i unblock it? silly question i suppose ! ( and yes i am blonde)

I’d recommend getting someone out for this as it is likely you will also need the float chamber p/stat cleaned out as well 🙁
