    Bosch SGS43A22GB/01 8205 360010.

Sick of looking at this machine! Checked and cleaned magnet. Have now changed module (even though instructions in German). Machine fills to correct level and washes ok. When it comes to rinse cycle machine overfills. Help!!

Have you replaced the float with a new one?…I’ve seen a couple that weren’t sealed properly, got water inside them and so didn’t float high enough. 😉

If it was the float at fault surely everytime the machine filled it would overfill. We can watch the machine on a cycle and it works fine untill about 30-40 mins into program.

The two I’ve seen with this problem would both work for a time then overfill…something to do with the temperature maybe?
The giveaway was the clear section of the float showed tiny traces of condensation inside…

No, when you replace the module there is revised fill logic. Basically the fill for the wash is now timed, then on rinse reverts back to reed s/w assy. Therefore Clive’s theory may be correct (never seen that one myself) makes sense though.

By the way did you replace the overfill mushroom at the same time as the pcb ❓
