We’ve done Bosch D/Ws for years, but this is a new one on me.

It is an E Nr SGS43C02GB/35, and merrily overfills, in spite of the fact the level control appears to work fine – the bellows expand and close the (normally open) microswitch OK. But it goes on filling until it activates the antiflood. It is not the water valve sticking, as this shuts OK when the power is switched off. Can’t see any damage to the wiring loom (Unlike the early models, it is well encased). I am assuming it is the control module at fault (a relay?) , but as this is over a hundred quid, I would be grateful for any opinions from you good people out there.

    Hi
If you are happy the pressure switch microswitch is working and that there is continuity back to the module from it, then personally I would be looking at a faulty module.
Most probably the triac feeding the valve has blown 🙁

Have been able to cure this twice by just re-seating the pcb connectors.
    Worth a try.

Just to clarify, i assume it’s not getting a signal from the microswitch to shut the valve down.
