I find that replacing the pressure chamber usually sorts that fault, cant be cleaned properly bacause its sealed(its the one which connects to the ribbed hose).Otherwise it may be fault with heater unit or even module.Hope that helps mate,Dan

I cannot agree with the last postee. The pressure chamber can easily be cleaned, nor can it be a heater fault as you clearly stated the heater “seems to heat and wash ok”.
As that transfer tube was blocked the chances are the turbidity sensor in the heater box is also gunged up to buggery and will play up affecting the time-out. (showing 1 min on the display = time-out by the way.)
Also failing to drain in the allotted time = time-out.
Failing to heat in the allotted time = time-out
Failing to fill in the allotted………………You catch my drift here? 😉
Often when you have cleaned out the gunge from the pipework it takes a while for the m/c to flush through to clear a gunged up turbidity sensor. And a few 75 degree temp wash cycles with a cleaning tab can sort it I find. Mind you, it is essential to inform your customer to ‘reset’ the m/c to clear the 1 min default before putting on another cycle. Unless they reset it chances are it will just play up once again.

thanks for replying to this one guys, I think it must be the terbidity sensor thats blocked and I am not going to take the heater unit out unless I am sure.
Will just have to refund the customer. 🙁 -
