    This machine has the plastic floor and mushroom antiflood.There is a space for the magnetic capsule and plug under the filter but it is missing.The customer doesnt recall seeing floating around.Question is was it fitted to this model and if not what controls the water level and how

    If im not mistaken im sure ill be corrected but the later versions got rid of the float and the pcb timed the fill instead….

    ok so if its timed how does that cope with water flow rate into machine

    yep flow meter or as they like to call it an impellor jug in the side panel between inlet valve and airbreak. gives a fair amount of trouble too. But overfill faults can also be down to the module.

    Flow meter is the biggest culprit for overfilling and other fill problems TBH 😉
