Dispenser not opening, checked continuity of solenoid ok so changed it just to be sure, still no open.Changed module earlier in the week and coded to 26.Any ideas.Noticed the cycle time on Quickwash 45 starts at 71mins.Is that right seems long to me,interesting that if you interupt cycle and continue it drops to 40 mins.Module faulty???

I’d double check your coding sheet.

No way should it have 71 mins on quickwash, normally somewhere around 30-40 mins.

On quickwash once it has finished filling it should give a feed to both heater and dispenser ptc virtually as soon as the valve shuts off.

ok I can check the coding but consider this, even if the code is wrong surely the dispenser would open allbeit at some given time during the cycle

Did you check the dispensor with or without a tablet in ❓ ❓

Due to sizes of different tablets dispensor can stick. Have you used correct soldnoid and connected lever up correctly. ❓

Wax actuator just slots out and slots in, all levers stay in situ 😉
When you changed the actutator, the mechanism of the dispenser may have been engaged for rinse aid; thus when you started the next wash, it may have actuated rinse aid instead of lid release ie out of sync. Hope that makes sense.
Do a reset and it should right itself 😉
