Bosch Dishwasher SGS43A42 GB/01 Overfills

Been out to this dishwasher today which was overfilling. The anti flood device was kicking in but there was a small amount of water leaking from the front of the machine.
I cleaned the magnetic float (no water inside float) that had a fair bit of crud stuck to it.
Dishwasher works OK now but I have read a couple threads that suggest you should change the Anti Flood Mushroom and the Module to be on the safe side.
Does this apply to above model? the FD Number is 8206.
Look forward to some advice.

Thanks Greg, no doubt she will go for a new dishwasher, but at least I will be able to sleep at night as she has a large kitchen with an expensive floor 😆
