    Hi can anyone please help?

The above appliance fills with water and stops mid cycle (on all cycles),

I have drained it but can not access the impellor from inside the machine as per the video on the Bosch website.

Any ideas what may be wrong and how to fix it.

Simple instructions please as I am not v good at DIY

The appliance must be more than 4 yrs old is so is a fix cost effective?

    Thanks

    Mikckey

If we assume that the pump is blocked, your only course of action is to remove the pump motor to access the pump chamber.

You will need to remove the door outer panel, the kick board and the tray under the machine. The pump motor is in the front left corner and is a twist-fit – you will need to overcome a locking barb first, then it will twist a 1/4 turn and pull away.

Leaning the machine back to a good angle will give you reasonable access from the front and underneath.

    Power off first, of course.

    Thanks Penguin

Took the pump off and it all seemed OK then blew out the drain hose and released some crud. All seems to be working A OK
