    Bosch Dishwasher SGS43T52GB/21 FD8510 006761

Hi guys, This dishwasher is not advancing from the heat pause. I tested in on a 35C progrram and it got to over 50C before I turned it off. the customer reported that it was still washing —very hot— after three hours.

    It is 25 months old.

Does anyone have any ideas. I would have thought that if it was the ntc at fault it would have aborted the heat pause early. My instinct is the module.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram please so that I can check the NTC connection to the module first.

    Many thanks

    Bob

Not sure Bob but I would have thought the NTC the likely suspect? Though I’ve never had NTC failure on a Bosch d/w so far at least? Mouse chewed wire maybe? 😕

The base comes off on these so dropping the heater box to access the NTC is a simple task. Also tracing the wiring back to the module pretty straightforward so you can check for continuity etc. 😉

    All the best!

I think this must have been a bad connection on the module.

After checking all the wiring and checking the NTC resistance from the module end, the damn thing now works OK.

    Thanks again for the info.
