Stupid question but its not the heater is it. As far as i know the heater would come on alot quicker on a quick was than on the eco wash.

Dont think so , the machine trips 5 min after a short wash and 10 min before it finishes on a long wash

In guessing you don’t possess a Megger. Otherwise you would easily suss out a potential earth leak.

Havant been on this fault just been told by customer what it does.
Thought to see if some one has had same problem so as not to waist time
SO NO HAVANT TRIED MEGGER. Just thought it strange to take out trip 5 min after machine hade finished.

Strange indeed Les but Havant is an odd part of Hampshire. Just fire up your Megger then come back and tell us what it was. I’m guessing heater, or perhaps it’s a tad damp in there somewhere? 😉
