    On a normal wash program, prewash ok, soap dispenser opens and heater comes on, heats water and goes off. But then it just goes on and on washing..for ever. Reset it and tried again…same thing.

    Tried the ‘Glass’ program and it seems to complete the cycle OK.

    Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    Sounds to me like a PCB module failure as the sensor is used for all washes. To confirm please use engineer link below.
