Bosch Dishwasher SKT5102GB does not fill enough

When you start the machine it fill and then starts to wash only the spray arm is only turning very slowly (had door slightly open) so will not wash.
It appears that it does not take in enough water, because when I put in two mugs full of water the spray arm turns fine.
Is there a hose that gets blocked and needs cleaning, as in some of the old Hotpoint dishwashers?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

water tank on the left hand side looking from the front is clogged up . side panel off you will see at the top left of the tank will be gunged up , were there is an air brake , take it off and rinse through with hot water and bleach
give a good shake helps .

This is a table top dishwasher i think ?

There is a metering system on the Right hand side that can get blocked . Take off the outer cover and observe the water flow leading from the water softener down through a ‘float’ system. This may be gunged up.

Thanks nomadPaul you were correct.
This is a table top dishwasher, and there was a blockage in the pressure pot chamber and hose from sump to the chamber.
