    Machine doesn`t heat up.
    Can`t even see the heater element?
    Any known causes?

    It’s integral to the circulating pump (or in Bosch speak ‘Heatpump’).

    They are easy to change. My first one was a shock but the second was fitted within 10 mins. You might have to do a wire mod but should be in the box with the pump. Cheapest price for me was masterpart and they had it in stock.

    Thanks Simon. With the cost of this part think a new machine is more attractive!
