Bosch Dishwasher SMS69L02UK/01 wash fault

Hi,
This is a new type design, 2 years old, DC drain pump.

Customer reporting a general poor wash result, when testing the wash arms sound too slow to me, the lower one only turns intermittently. No other obvious fault, water level correct.
On the old type this would be the water dis valve fault. This a separate part here, not on the heater BSH 644996.
My question is, have i missed something? Is the main motor supposed to be 2 speed? Not done many of these yet.
