Hi there, My dishwasher wont pump out the water, I bought a new one and installed it and it still wont drain the water out.
1, The drain hose out is clean and clear.
2, The non return valve is clear
3, The filters are clean
4, There are no obstructions
5, The Aqua stop switch at the bottom is not tripping the program out.
6, Machine gets hot when in operation

When I get the hoover and suck the water out of the bottom and start a new program it comes on, starts washing and gets hot. When it gets to the end of the cycle the pump does not have the balls to pump the water out and the machine beeps as if it is the end of the cycle, the water does not drain out. I have tried this on pre-rinse, 45c Glasses and 55 Eco. when the pump comes on at the beggining of the cycle it sounds very slow both the old pump and the new pump. I have to hoover out the water to get the machine to fill up and start a cycle. 😥

Any ideas anyone?

Is it connected to a new sink waste outlet?
Have you removed the blue stopper from the ferrule OR if the ferrule has a blank end, cut the end off?

There is nothing wrong with my drainage, it is all existing and it is clear, the problem is with the machine. I have the drain hose off at the moment is pointing in to an empty kitchen sink.

It is important that the pump cover (in the sump) is fully clicked into position otherwise it will not drain. Beyond that you have done more than is necessary in trying to resolve the problem and as it is under guarantee contact Bosch to fix it for you. If you start removing panels and tampering with the insides of the machine that will void the guarantee. 😥
