The dishwasher will not start. Nothing runs. Not filling. The TAP light flashes.
    No water in the base.
Operating the anti flood float does not start the pump.
We repair a lot of Bosch dishwashers but this is the first time we have seen this problem on this model.
Th dw doesn’t have a display – wondering if this is indicating a E19 error (valve out let 11033896 fault)
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Heat exchange valve open circuit?

But I’m not sure it detects it that early in the cycle – you normally get the outlet pump running for a few seconds at the start of the cycle.
It’s always trickier on non-display models as the tap symbol covers so many faults.
I’d definitely take the right hand side panel off and check for any sign of a leak onto the control module.

yes agree look for module damage as its a quick easy thing to do

the problem with this fault is all the flashing light means is I have a fault, no better than a check engine lamp

can be all sorts of this right down to broken wires in the door

I would check the heat exchange valve for continuity. if you happen to have a valve lying around swop the electrical connection and try it

assume you have checked pump is not jammed as they can be very quiet if jammed completely

Thanks. We stock a heat exchanger valve. We’ll try a valve and check module for leak damage. Pump not jammed.

    This was a PCB fault.
