Hi, I have a bosch exxcel dishwasher, (SMS50E02GB/07) where the pre rinse program light is on and I cannot select any other programs. I have reset it by pressing the start button for 3 secs, which then leads to running the pre rinse programme for 1 minute. The time indicator then show zero, but I still cannot select any other programmes I also cannot deselect prerinse.
Opening the door only sets the pre rinse timer back to 15 minutes.
I have also turned the power off at the breaker, but no joy.
Any help would be much appreciated.
