Bosch Dishwasher Time Fault ?

Bosch integral dishwasher SGVS613. If you press button for 70degree wash the length of programme is shown as a 114 minutes,if you press button for 55degree wash the length of programme is shown as 155 minutes. Have reconfigured circuit board but still no difference. Can anyone explain why the hottest programme is shorter than the lower temp. programme!!Thanks

Basically, the 70c prog is much more violent!

No idea what this model is, nor am I familiar with it, what is its full model number I wonder? Nevertheless all the current series have one thing in common in that the initial time indicated is purely ‘estimated’ and does in fact change relative to its progressive working conditions. Also many of the high spec models have a soiling sensor tacked onto the heater box (this may be one of those models?).

Not sure also what you meant by “reconfigured the circuit board?”, do you mean you simply reset it?

Its a long shot but I imagine the correct model is SGV5613GB/12 ie the S could be an 5.
It appears to be an imported appliance due to most of documentation being in German (supposing that this is the correct model)

For now I would agree this Chris on this one.

My reading of this, on most german made machines there is a flow thru type heater used, on economy setting the heater is pulsed on & off continuosly therefore using less electricity (the heater holds temp’) this takes longer to complete programme even though a lower temp’ is selected, this is true on Miele machines (economy programe longer than normal) possibly same on yours.
