Is anyone else fitting Heat Pumps on Bosch dishwashers because of the E09 only to have the new one fail after days or a couple of weeks?
    Whats gong on with these?

I’ve not had any recalls, but I have noticed several times on recent (2-4 year old) machines, the replacement pump has a larger heater chamber than the original and is supplied with a reshaped inlet cover for the sump in blue plastic to replace the dark grey one. This suggests downsizing of the pumps in these models, presumably intended to reduce water volume and hence improve energy efficiency had been taken too far, requiring further modification to improve reliability.

Whether this has anything to do with the problems you’ve had, I don’t know, but I guess it is worth checking you are using the most up to date parts information for the specific E-Nr.

I must have had 5 recalls in the last 6 months on these heat pumps. Im getting sick of them. Its now at the stage where i explain to customers that I can’t guarantee the part for a year, like I do with most items.Qualtex and connect don’t seem to bat an eyelid when I return them which lends me to thinking im not the only one.
I can never find anything wrong with the one im taking out. They are too small and cheap for the job they are doing and the latest batch is even smaller.
