    Hi there, I have a Bosch HBN13N561B double built under oven

    (HBB-EP23-7 / FD8801 so just over 6 years old)

    The cooling fan will not switch off after use and we’re having to turn off using the mains switch.

    Is this a common fault? If so any idea what component to change and how to get to it please – I’m guessing a stat of some sort?

    The Thermal Cut Out (TOC) adjacent the cooling fan.

    Thanks for that Martin, I don’t suppose you have a link to the part do you or a service manual for that model / or how to get to it…

    I’ve serviced Bosch washing machines and dishwashlers before but not a double oven,

    Simply go to the Bosch spare parts website and ALL will be revealed….:D
