I have a Bosch Condenser Tumble Drier model WTN85250GB/01, now about 2 1/2 years old. It is installed with a condenser drain hose. Worked fine until recently, but now stops after a while with the condenser drainer full light on. The condenser hose goes into a drain pipe a bit below the level of the top of the drier. Taking the condenser tank out and back again lets it restart. It also does it if the outlet is connected to the condensate tank without the hose. If the condensate hose is put into a bucket on the floor then it will complete the drying – up to two hours. I’ve cleaned and checked the condensate hose.
The hose was the obvious thing, but it also stops when the condensate container is used.
    Any ideas anyone?

in the bottom of the machine is the pump to lift the water to get rid of it. this area can get full of fluff and cause the electrodes that detect when its full to become contaminated leading to a false signal

if you take out the condenser the is a trap door in the floor. its a bit fiddly to get it out but it give you access to the sump and you can then check for fluff build up. you have to unlock the clips one at a time and you will find as you try to unlock the other one the first one re latches so you have to find a way of stopping this happening
