Bosch dryer showing filter light

Hi I am stuck on a WTW863S1GB/17 heatpump dryer which is showing the filter needs cleaning even though it’s spotless. I assume it is blocked in the area where a condenser normally is. I notice you can’t order that part on the Bosch site, but it shows it separate from the base. Can I remove it to clean without causing a problem? Is there anywhere else it could be blocked?
I ordered a new front drum seal as tons of fluff has filled the inside up.
