Looked at this dryer today, no heat, tested stats and element all ok
but the strange thing is its reversing every 5 seconds
any ideas pleaseJohn

Are you leaving it long enough john? Every time you open the door and then press start it carries out checks the load before heating. Just a thought.
The sensor in the door vent is another option. accessed via the r/h side panel
