Customer says machine shuts off before clothes are properly dry. Even on “Very Dry” or “Extra Dry” settings the machine only gets to the “Cupboard Dry” stage on the indicator lights and stops with this light flashing. With several runs she can get the clothes dry and the water tank still fills up. I’ve not done much with Bosch dryers so I don’t know if there are any common faults.
    Cheers, Phil

I guess you haven’t checked it out for yourself yet Phil?

Pay close attention to the sensor brush pick-up on the drum. Check to ensure the pump hose to water tank is clear of fluff and gunge.Check behind the condenser matrix is clear too.Pour about a pint of water into the back of the condenser box then turn m/c on to check the pump takes it all into the water tank! 😉

Check airways are clear etc etc. 🙂
