I Have had this before on Bosch dryers, Set to very dry and when it stops it is still slightly damp, and user resets and then its OK.
The one I am looking at now is a wtc84101gb/11. and Is used in A laundry room so user Doesnt won’t to come back to restart. Maybe it’s just towels

Ask the customer to remove the load , stack and leave for 30mins……then feel it again. It’s one of the recommended practices after using a Bosch dryer
