Has anyone come across the dw constantly o`filling, even though everything works. It is not one of bosch`s better ideas. Seem to constantly call out to this job, same reported fault each time. Each time cant find anything wrong. Magnet fine and reed fine. Is there a problem with the reed switch connection ❓ Is there a mod out there ❓ December 16, 2005 at 2:41 pm #158109 superfixParticipant Re: Bosch DW SGS43A32GB/01 – o`filling Yes there is a mod. Involves fitting a new pcb with changed fill logic, and also a new overfill mushroom. To get the m/c away, just clean the little magnet and chamber that it sits in of crap. Float it in a glass of water to see which way it is happy. I have one of these in a carvery restaurant where they use a sharpening steel a lot and have lots of iron filings. Nice easy job. I tell them that they can do it themselves but they seem to be happy for me to do it every six months or so and pay my labour charge. 😉 Bob August 22, 2012 at 5:29 pm #158111 BetaParticipant Re: Bosch DW SGS43A32GB/01 – o`filling to finish this thread – The magnet and chambers were alway clear (good customer), also the magnet is oriented correctly. anyhow after faffing around went for the mod and hey prest ! one working dishwasher thanks to all for their replys.
