Bosch SGS43A42UK/01 FD 820900849 prog sticks
This is on the quick wash:-
The machine fills washes and heats all ok, drains, then fills and washes, middle led is on “Active” and that is where it stays did open and close the door, machine then started to heat for drying cycle and goes right through to the end, end led on.
This is exactly what happens when the customer uses it, sticks on “Active” just keeps washing.
Any help much appreciate

It could be something simple like the magnet float sticking under the sieve or the drain pump a little tired due to old age?

Thanks Martin for the very quick reply, not sure about the drain pump, as it drains ok just does not appear to heat for drying.
