Bosch DW SGV53E03GB/55 Contents Dry Lower But Not Top Tray?

Hi,

Customer observes that all contents are washed ok but on completion of cycle the lower basket contents are just about dry but the upper tray contents are wet still.

They note the inside of cabinet is still wet also.

Any pointers would helpful.

Sorry Laurence but no intention toward ‘Granny and egg sucking….’ but full pointers:-

It will not dry using ‘Quick Wash’
Rinse Aid is an essential prerequisite for perfect drying results.
Check that diverter valve is fully functional.
Check spray arms are clear.
Check that it heats OK.
