    On any setting this machine will start to fill as normal then within approx 30secs will pump out, go to 1min and show error E14 (sometimes E18) I have checked the air break and there are no leaks in the base. I found out that this fault maybe the reed switch senser which I think is a small plastic item with a pcb inside it…. but I’ve changed it and the fault is still present.

    The appliance does a little more now, it washes for a few secs then pumps out and now still goes to 1min and shows E14

    Any ideas please?

    E14 and E18 are both water in problems . Could be too low water pressure or maybe the flow rate wheel is stuck. Was it the contact that you changed? Normally, that’s the fix but you’ll need to establish if the water pressure is ok first.
