AAARGH!!! shes back again ! poor wash results intermittently she had kept a plate and a mug back for me to see mug looks like it hasn’t been touched and the plate has food in the middle .And of course “my husband says you obviously didn’t fix it properly last time ”
she is using seperates I gave her a lecture on correct loading but apparently her husband loads it as he doesn’t trust her to do it properly! And of course being the husband he can’t possibly load it incorrectly 😡
what am I missing ?if anything

Check – insufficient water level, blocked spray arms, smelly dangly thing hitting spray arm,not heating, poor draining, overloading, tired recirc pump:?
Just a few in the hat for you 😉

Found some of these to have blockage & had to take off pump, i find it easier to do this by laying machine on its side or upside down, the string used to tie roasts of meat i find in dishwasher motors frequently, filter obviously hasn’t been in correctly if it gets through. Had these Bosch leak from the two “O” rings above alternating wash valve. Find these to be a bad system, same problems with Smeg & Hotpoint clone. Miele have a great system where all is integrated in circulation pump head.

right now I am getting somewhere ,She has let me bring it in and I think I know know what is happening.
When you start the cycle it fills and starts to wash within about tewn seconds there is a low noise and a micro switch click and only the top sparay arm turns ,I fitted a new heat exchange unit on this not so long ago could this be playing up ?

Hi Lawrence, hows you?
Its quite possible, they are tempremental. Sometimes a small leak from the o ring which attaches the unit to the sump is the culprit.
