    Hi,

    I have a new Bosch Ecologixx 7 – WTW86562GB (with heat pump). So I put a load in and get came out more or less exactly the same as I put in from the washing machine. The machine doesn’t seem to be generating any heat what so ever.

    Had a search on here and found the reset switch trick but I couldn’t find one on mine? Any ideas anyone?

    Try cleaning the stainless steel moisture sensors in the drum. If the the fault persists call the Bosch service department.
