Model HMVT462.
Not been to see it yet.
Customer reports that it is unusable and continually shows F4 fault code. F4 appears to indicate ‘Hob too hot’ which obviously shuts the unit down to facilitate cooling. However the customer says that the unit is stone cold and unused for several days prior to getting the fault code. Customer mentioned that he had a F2 fault a week or so back but the unit worked again next time he used it.
Anyone with any experience on these?
Replacement cost is only £325 so I cannot see the customer wanting to spend too much on it as it is 6 years old.
