Hello again Dave… I have a Bosch electric oven in brownmodel number E-NR HBN220AGB. My wife was cleaning the inside glass window when it fell off.

I have taken the front panel off to inspect.

There doesn’t seem to be anything holding the glass in, but there is some kind of black seal which I suspect could be silicone sealant.

If my thoughts are right, there must be some special high temperature silicone available or if it is not silicone and it’s maybe an adhesive rubber seal..
    Any help would be appreciated.

    You again…………. 😀

Get a tube of this stuff – sticks anything to everything, for ever.

Get the old glue off, get both surfaces spotlessly clean and degreased, and apply generously to the door panel. Place door glass in position and weigh down for 24 hours – Encyclopedia Brittanica is excellent for this.

    Cheers,
