Well I’m a bit stumped on this?
I changed the dryer NTC as the error code points to that as being the fault. But oddly enough the machine works fine on each and every seperate drying cyle, no probs…perfect! 🙂
Put m/c on a wash cycle and it washes for 30 odd minutes and before it come to rinse, bleeps and shows E14. 😕
Put the machine on a seperate rinse and spin and its fine also?
According to the info I have, if it was a fault with the wash NTC then E4 would show not E14……what is going on here I wonder? Also…..in both cases if the NTC’s are faulty then the error will show within 30 seconds of the programme starting. How come it is on more that half an hour before it shows an error? 😕 😕

ParticipantBoy , do i dislike these machines !!! I get the right ‘ump when i see one of these piles of Smeg toot on my daily worksheet .
The only odd one of these i had , giving a spurious error code , was caused , i thin , by a dodgy sounding motor Martin…..but i wouldn’t swear 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} by that. -
