    receivced a email today-customer tells me the machine washes & drains, but when it comes to spin the timer jumps to end of cycle
    on all programes selected..I was thinking carbons..but never know timer to skip because of this.!!
    any advice please.

    Bosch excell 1400

    The fuzzy logic maybe to blame. May right itself with new brushes or motor.
